蒸鸡蛋糕

清明节到了
得在家祭拜祖先
网上搜寻了鸡蛋糕的食谱
材料制作简单
成品却又让人有眼前一亮的感觉!

Ingredients:
  • Self Raising Flour       320g
  • Castor Sugar               300g
  • Eggs                           360g(weigh with shells)
  • Ovellet                       1/2tbsp
  • Vanilla essence           optional
Method:


  1. Beat all ingredients in a mixing bowl at high speed for 7-8 minutes.
  2. Pour into a 9 inches bamboo basket lined with baking paper.
  3. Pour sugar on the top pf cake to make a '+' cross.
  4. Steam at high heat for 30 minutes.
