得在家祭拜祖先
网上搜寻了鸡蛋糕的食谱
材料制作简单
成品却又让人有眼前一亮的感觉!
Ingredients:
- Self Raising Flour 320g
- Castor Sugar 300g
- Eggs 360g(weigh with shells)
- Ovellet 1/2tbsp
- Vanilla essence optional
- Beat all ingredients in a mixing bowl at high speed for 7-8 minutes.
- Pour into a 9 inches bamboo basket lined with baking paper.
- Pour sugar on the top pf cake to make a '+' cross.
- Steam at high heat for 30 minutes.
